Buyers increasingly prefer outcome-linked pricing and end-to-end STP stacks that reduce reconciliation leakages. AI pricing is harder than API pricing — it only delivers real value when packaged with seamless processing.

The big opportunity: AI-powered observability — tracking API utilisation for both buyers and providers, preventing duplicate charges, building trust in pricing.

Products must be designed with contextual clarity to serve multiple segments: platform fees + transaction-based models.

Debt MFs taxed like FDs — but carry all the risks of a market instrument. That's wrong.

Since Finance Bill 2023, debt fund gains face slab rates up to ~39%. But debt funds aren't FDs — they carry mark-to-market volatility, liquidity risk, and credit exposure. No guarantees.

The real harm for MFDs: conservative clients are being pushed into credit-risk funds and equity hybrids because the tax no longer rewards patience. Tax policy is distorting risk alignment — and you're bearing the client relationship cost.
